חיתן
Hebrew
Verb
חיתן / חִתֵּן • (khitén) third-singular masculine past (pi'el construction)
Usage notes
- This verb is used of the officiant at a wedding, not of the couple being married; for the latter, the intransitive verb הִתְחַתֵּן (hitkhatén, “to get married”) is used.
